KINDS OF CIRCULATION AND NUT TYPES

The ballscrew keeps the steel ball recirculating countinually between the screw shafts

And nut by the circulate components (tubes or deflectors), whose primary function markes sliding contact change in to rolling contact so that we can get high efficiency

, rigidity, accuracy and very little backlash, temperature rising, advantages. It is widely used in linear rotation motion.

Basically there are two types recirculation in design.

One is called external, circulation type. A tube is used to circulate balls the tube scoops balls from the screw shaft passing through the return tube to their original position.

The other is called external circulation type. The deflector changes the route of ball movement as a result ball override the thread crest and return to original position thus maintaining perpetual motion.
